Last week, Colton Fire Depa hosted A Fire Prevention Week event for students from Foals to Pre-K through 6th grade! Our young community members explored the ambulance, asked great questions about emergency response, and learned proper fire extinguisher techniques. The highlight? Getting to spray fire hoses and nozzles like real firefighters!
A huge THANK YOU to all the dedicated members from both Colton Fire and Rescue and Pierrepont Fire Department who volunteered their time to make this event possible for the students each year!
